H pylori: Is a common bacterial stomach infection that causes pain/ discomfort, in many susceptible individuals. It is also a well known cause of certain Stomachache upper intestinal ulcers. Hard to eradicate. Need to tale multiple antibiotics for a period of time along with PPI medicines like Omeprazole.
