IBS: This is a very common problem that may be related to irritable bowel syndrome with or without food intolerances. Pay attention to your intake of certain food types such a milk products, high fructose fruits, wheat products, artificial sweeteners. Some of these may need to be cut back. Of course smoking is not going to help you.
