Miscarriage: It seems that you may be trying to induce/treat a miscarriage in a country where help might not be readily available. Please go to http://www.womenonweb.org/ for more details on what to do. it may just take time (24-48 hours) for the misoprostol to work. Patience. See a doctor if no bleeding after or if w/ fever/severe bleeding/pain.
