Yes: If there is endometrial tissue remaining inside the uterus, then yes it will affect future ability to get pregnant by inhibiting ovulation. If your periods have returned and are regular over the past two years, then no-- your miscarriage was "complete" and will have no impact on future attempts at pregnancy.
