Vitamin D: Topical vit d--calcitriol or calcipotriene are now mainstays for limited psoriasis and can be used together (mon-fri) with topical cortisones on weekends. Not the same as a vit d gel capsule. They are avail is us--both trade name (vectical, calcitrene) and generic (calcipotriene). See your dermatologist.
