Not good idea: This can cause strain on the joint capsules. Some people who are really limber like this may have a disorder called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/ehlers-danlos-syndrome/basics/definition/con-20033656 Later in life hypermobility may become painful or even disabling.
