Keratosis pilaris: I see this frequently when there's a personal or family history of hay fever, asthma, allergies, sinus problems. Sometimes associated with tiny pale bumps on cheeks and elsewhere, like upper arms. I don't know of specific treatment, but have recently had a patient try topical Mirvaso 0.33% gel which helps reduce redness in a condition called rosacea. It's Rx product & expensive.
