Bottle: Highly unlikely unless you have caused excessive trauma and bleeding which has not stopped.

Remind me not to bet: with your friends. You aren't going to die from it however you could perforate your bowel which is a surgical emergency. If you are having severe pain and are passing bowel movements without blood then you are ok.
