TMJ ?: 27 yo female with unilateral "neck, jaw & temple" pain absent trauma might have Temporal Mandibular Disorder, sometimes called "TMJ". Differential diagnosis might include cranial nerve disorders. See a primary care doctor to begin. At some point a specialist and MRI might be necessary. Seek care urgently if there is severe headache, fever, dizziness, or ipsilateral arm weakness.
