Common issue: Women tend to have more menstrual dysfunction in their late thirties to early forties due to ovulation not happening as regular. Also most women with adenomyosis at this age have lots of pain and bleeding. You might benefit from an endometrial ablation. I would set up an appointment with your GYN so blood work and ultrasound can be done.
