Infection & dehydrat: The high WBC count suggests an infection which may be viral (symptoms should give clues to the type of infection). Your low blood pressure may be due to dehydration & it explains dizziness. Drink plenty of liquids and monitor your temp and BP ..if no steady improvement see your dr again
