I see nuero in 3 wks & will tell thembut for now: i had spikes&slowing eeg. i'm concerned that not eating before eeg caused false results. possible?

Eating and EEGs: Not eating for a few hours or a day would probably not cause spikes and focal slowing on the EEG. Your neurologist will know this. It is ok to tell them however. Sometimes medicines that are used for epilepsy suppress the appetite. Could this be a factor?
