Tums or Zantac (ranitidine) : I preferred Zantac (ranitidine) in my pregnancy. Tuna works for some women but for others isn't strong enough. Pepcid works well too, same kind of medication as Zantac (ranitidine). Rarely in pregnancy women need PPI like Prilosec. But only after trying everything else. Small meals, propped pillows at night. Stay hydrated.
