Over did it when excersising on thursday and still have considerable pain in solar plexus area is this normal and what can i do to help?

Push fluids/rest: Yes it is fairly normal to have continued pain for up to a week if you overdid the exercise in the abdominal area. Just drink lots of water and back off on the exercise. It may take a week or two but you should be back to normal soon. Always increase exercise regimens slowly to avoid muscle strain and this type of pain.
