Needs evaluation: The combination of symptoms--unexpected heavy vaginal bleeding with headache & nausea--requires prompt evaluation. Pregnancy is, of course, not expected, and we don't have your age. But at a minimum call and discuss your symptoms with your PCP or gynecologist. Likely she/he will want to see you. Good wishes.
