Does using a dummy reduces baby reflux?

Dummy?: Is this the same as a pacifier? If so, then it does not reduce reflux. The cause is not clear, but positioning can reduce reflux. The pacifier is more related to emotional health and bonding. This simulates the mother's nipple and can cause teeth problems if used to long. Get your doctor advice.

Reflux: It wont do anything to the reflux as such but will comfort the baby and settle them down.
