Regorafenib: ...is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor which has been shown to have some activity against metastatic colon cancer. When used as part of a colon cancer treatment regimen by an oncologist, it has been shown to increase overall survival. It does have some worrisome potential side effects, however. It would certainly be worthwhile to discuss this with your oncologist. Good luck.

Depends: One study showed a response rate of 40%. "Response" in this context, means the tumor shrunk. It is rare for tumors to disappear on regorafenib. Clinical benefit depends to a great extent on the overall fitness of the patient (performance status), extent of disease, and number of prior therapies. Courage and faith, Marilyn994, and my best wishes for you.
