Pregnancy unlikely: 6 tests is a sign to ask the doctor for a blood test if one hopes confirm the negative result, or just relax and wait for next month's menstrual period. If next month's period doesn't arrive, one can check a urine pregnancy test a week after missing next month's period. Three years is a long time to be TTC, so if not already working with an Ob-Gyn doctor on fertility, one can make an appointment.

Blighted ovum?: Might have had what we call a blighted ovum. Sperm and egg got together but not in a viable pregnancy. May cause a slight bump in the pregnancy hormone initially but then the level drops back down to zero. With three consecutive negative home test, unlikely you were pregnant. Blood test is more accurate. Sorry for the bad news. Hope this was helpful. Keep trying. See your OB for advice.
