Been having pains in my left kidney over a week. saw a dr. and was told it was a kidney stone. have been hydrating the stone has still not passed. ?

Kidney stone pain: Most small kidney stones pass spontaneously, those larger than 5 - 6mm may not. Pain is related to obstruction. Such stones best managed by urologist.
