IBD??: Im not sure what "IC" means. Now , if you have inflammatory bowel diseases, Crohn's or ulcerative colitis, there has been some reports that strong peppermint can alleviate or moderate some symptoms, but it's not a cure. I hope this helps. If I'm missing the boat here, I apologize. Good luck.
