Testicle pain: This pain, which could very easily be a cyst in the tubing in your scrotum and not the testicle is/ or can be common in men as we age. These cysts are thought to be scar tissue from injuries in our pasts. The scar can at times be irritated and begin to swell. The swelling is the problem and what causes the pain. If the pain is severe or persistent you may need to be seen and evaluated.
