How to use peroxide and if it touches skin what to do with white small spots on fingers?

Wear gloves: I've gotten the little white spots, too. They resolve spontaneously. Minimizing contact with peroxide, washing skin right after contact could help, but wearing latex, nitrile, or vinyl gloves should prevent the problem.
