Time to see your doc: Orange/yellow diarrhea my be reflective of what you have eaten but if feeling unwell, it is tome to see your doctor. It may mean that you have blood in the stool from that you are bleeding, having a bacterial/parasitic infection or you have some type of inflammatory bowel disorder. If you have a fever, you should see your doctor immediately; you will need stool cultures, ova test & a c.Diff test.
