Kidney failure: I am not quite sure what you mean by "does not show it." are you asking why a person with kidney failure doesn't have a fever? Or they have a fever but they look fine? Kidney failure by itself doesn't necessarily cause a fever. Infections are usually the cause of fever. So a person with kidney failure may look fairly normal.
