over last 3 days i have developed a really tight calf muscle along with tingling in feet and calf and is getting worse, pain doesn't go away with rest?

Plantaris?: Might be a ruptured plantaris muscle. If so it will heal in a few weeks. Might be a blood clot (DVT). See a DR very soon: now.

The tightening of the calf area could be the beginnings of a serious condition that could do permanent damage. Best not to wait see. I wound get urgent care asap to remove all doubt.
