See your DR: If you think you may have a stroke, go to ER immediately. You fail to provide enough descriptive detail for any other advise. Doxepin can make you sleepy, dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation. The higher the dose, the more of these effects. What dose? How long? Which specific symptoms? Alcohol use? Other meds? How long having symptoms? Ever before?
