Hello? my eyebrows were shaved half off by my sister... and it is so embarrasing at school, i cry when ever i see my self in the mirror, how long will it take to grow them back and where or what can i do/get to speed up that process?

Varies, try evenness: If by "half off" you mean that half of each eyebrow is completely missing, I recommend cutting off each eyebrow entirely, so that both grow in evenly. It will be much less noticeable than a half-eyebrow filling in gradually. As far as speeding up the process, there is nothing likely to help significantly. I would expect it to be much less noticeable in a few weeks, long before fully grown.
