I am wondering how accurate are first trimester ultrasounds and what is the longest sperm can live inside a woman?

Very accurate: For establishing gestation age, first trimester ultrasound is accurate to within 4-5 days. Later ultrasounds are less accurate for dating. Sperm can live 48 to possibly 72 hours in healthy cervical mucus.
