Sleep in pregnancy: Unless you are suffering from depression or have a rare condition like narcolepsy, extra sleep of 8-10 hours in early pregnancy is fine. Your body is undergoing several changes which can cause fatigue in some patients. Make sure you are taking prenatal vitamins with 1 gm of folic acid and are not anemic. Best wishes.
