No guesswork here: There is no one symptom that can point to a definite diagnosis of acute leukemia. It is something that requires a simple blood test called CBC and differential count which can be run in any laboratory and the results can indicate if there is some abnormality that indicates a possiblity of leukemia which usually shows up in the blood but sometimes it requires bone marrow examinat for confirmation.
