Depends on age: Betametildigoxin (BMD) is a newer drug, & therefore not well studied. What I read indicates that it is b/w 1.4 to 1.6 times more "available" (i.e., better absorbed from the stomach) than standard digoxin. However, in the elderly, the number cd b lower; also, the amount of time that BMD sticks around in the blood is longer. The best way to know is to get your blood levels checked & adjust dose if needed

Close, but not quite: Betametildigoxin is about 1.6-fold stronger so these doses are more or less the same. The actual equivalent to 0.25 digoxin would be between 0.15 to 0.16 mg betametildigoxin.
