Hi i'm 17 and three days ago i felt like a bruise on the side of my right thigh but i don't see any bruise and when i touch it it hurts should i worry?

Invisible bruise: most likely its a deep bruise that has just not surfaced. Sometimes these bruises will simply turn green or very light yellow color. I wold not be concerned unless it becomes increasingly painful or changes to a lump or grows
