Plastic surgeon: Plastic surgeons who specialize in hands, which are exceedingly complex mechanisms. I doubt you will find anyone to do this because post-operative finger function would likely be interfered with. There at some changes of aging that we just have to learn to accept gracefully. Better to work on wowing people with your sparkling personality, and they will not notice your hands, nor will they care.
