Good meds available: A neurologist should be able to help you. You likely need to go on a good preventative agent to reduce the frequency and intensity of the headaches, and a good acute agent (i.e. A triptan i.e. Imitrex) to take when you get a headache. If you are taking frequent otc pain meds, you will need to discontinue them as they are likely contributing with rebound/medication overuse headache.
