Trauma might be: The first time that you have sex might have minor trauma at your orifice of vagina. It will heal by itself. Another reason might be that the guy did not wait the vagina became wet enough. That can cause trauma too. Other reason can be too. You can consult your doctor to find out if there is other reason.
