Sikin oils+ dead skn: Infants often have "cradle cap" which is a process where their natural skin oils combine with old skin cells & form a thick layer on the scalp.Baby shampoos are designed to be mild & not irritate the eyes & do not have the chemicals in them to loosen the dead skin.Careful regular use of dandruff shampoo & a soft brush will usually end the problem but it takes a while.
