Prob. esophagus: Pain that only occurs with ingestion of cold fluid/food is not likely coming from heart, but more likely swallowing tube (esophagus). If coming at other times, too, have to consider other sources. Pay attention to what else makes it better or worse: activity, position, medications; and what other symptoms are associated. If other than with food/drink, or additional symptoms, seek medical attn.
