Please clarify ??: The body is usually able to self heal from scattered broken blood vessels in various locations.You did not provide a location so i assume you don't mean the brain as a stroke has it's major issues and needs direct care.Those under the skin heal in a few days to a week, those on the surface of the white of the eye may take weeks.
