She needs to be seen: By a dermatologist. In addition to psoriasis , the generalized rash could be due to many causes- underlying medical condition, allergic reaction to meds/ foods, autoimmune condition , toxic epidermal necrolysis etc let the specialist make an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment! hope she gets better!
