May be pressure: Sometimes at the end of pregnancy, the baby's head settles way down into the pelvis - which is good. But it can cause a lot of pressure, and make you feel like you are sitting on your baby's head! i wonder if this is what you're experiencing. Varicose veins in vulva (lips of the vagina) can also get quite bothersome at the end of pregnancy. Good luck. This, too, shall pass! (pardon the pun.) lg.
