Maybe: Lots of things can help different emotional problems depending on the exact diagnosis. Medication may be one of those things, as could just talking to a counselor or close friend. If you have a regular family doctor i would suggest making an appointment to see them. Finding a therapist/counselor, many behavioral therapies can help, meditation, exercise. If so inclined seek spiritual help as well.
