Anxiety: You should be taking care of your diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol working with your doctor. If you've got those well treated and maintain that control, then a multivite and maybe fish oil might add something. If you don't take care of what is proven to need control, the fish oil and d won't make any difference comparatively.

It depends.: A great deal depends on your total need for these and your intake. Hopefully you've had a check of your calcium readings which would give an idea of the vit d you need. If ca is normal, you likely don't need much if any. If there is an issue and you've got dry skin, etc. You might need anywhere from 200-500mg/day. The fish oil helps cholesterol but if you eat fish you don't need too much.
