Low blood pressure with omega 3 fish oil?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: More evidence is accumulating that omega 3's (derived from fatty fish like mackerel) appear to lower blood pressure (possibly by the anti-inflammatory effect of substances called eicosanoids); what is not clear yet is if this effect is only seen in people with high blood pressure or in people with normal or low BP as well.
