Seek help: Most young women should be able to get pregnant within 12 months of trying. If you are not pregnant yet, seek a fertility specialist or go see your gyn. I recommend the following tests to start: 1. Semen analysis (checks sperm) 2. Fsh/e2 on day 3 (evaluate egg quality) 3. Hsg (evaluates your tubes) 4. Ultrasound (evaluates your uterus).
