Family practice: It's not normal to get recurring eye infections. You are putting a contaminated substance into your eyes. Sometimes allergies can look like bacterial infections. Discuss this with your dr.

Pink eye!: You need to identify the underlying cause. Is it infectious (viral, bacterial, fungal), allergic, dry eye, or some other systemic or autoimmune condition. Try artificial tears and oral omega-3's (evoa dry eye supplements). You may be having an allergy to Polymyxin B and trimethoprim, if you are still using, or using off and on.
