Anemia: Have you had a complete physical lately? Other common cause of lightheadedness is anemia - low red blood cell count - anemia is never normal, but some condition are familial and chronic. Please talk with your doctor about this -.

Many possibilities: People often feel lightheaded when there's a sensation that your brain isn't getting blood fast enough- so if you don't have enough red blood cells (anemia), blood volume(dehydration), not enough blood pressure (blood vessels not tightening fast enough when you go from sitting to standing) or oxygen, you can feel lightheaded. Any med prob that can cause the aove can make you lightheaded; see md.
