Yes you can: There are several roads to recovery & unlike real roads you can take several of these roads at the same time. Write down what situations cause the agoraphobia. Find out if other family members have the problem, if so, what they have done about it. Talk to your doctor and see a counselor also. You can challenge yourself and try to tolerate some bad situations starting with the easier ones first.
