I have pigmentation on my cheeks, how to get rid of it?

Inside or outside?: If you have pigmentation on the outside of your cheeks, see a dermatologist. If you have pigmentation on the inside of your cheeks see a general dentist or oral surgeon for a diagnosis. It may be benign or cancerous and should be evaluated, especially if it is new or changing in size or texture.
