Likely urinary tract: Infection(urethra or bladder). Go see your dr for a urine test. Likely u need antibiotics . Hope u feel better!

STD / UTI: Sexually transmitted disease or urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infection is somewhat uncommon in males... So I am thinking you should see your doc to straighten this out.
