Support: Pain and stiffness in the feet and lower legs after inactivity could indicate muscle fatigue from poor biomechanics. My first step would be to insure you are wearing supportive shoes. If this doesn't improve things, see a podiatrist for a complete biomechanical exam. You may need custom orthotics.
